In the center of downtown Lodi, Estate Crush combines a custom crush facility with a destination tasting room focused on exceptional small-lot wines. Since opening in 2009, Estate Crush has supported wine brand owners, boutique wineries, and wine enthusiasts in turning their ideas into finished wines through individualized services and experienced craftsmanship.

Custom Winemaking in Downtown Lodi

Downtown Lodi’s first dedicated custom crush facility, Estate Crush creates premium handcrafted wines for clients with a range of ambitions. The on-site winemaker and cellar team collaborate with each client to develop wines around specific goals, whether for a personal project or a commercial wine brand.

Facility features include:

More than 16,000 square feet of winery space
6,000 square feet of temperature-controlled, humidified barrel storage
Indoor, sanitary crush pad environment
Production capabilities ranging from quarter-barrel lots to 20-ton lots
Expertise in small - and medium-sized premium wine programs

Estate Crush works with many varietals, from Albariño to Zinfandel, while emphasizing quality, customization, and careful attention to detail.
