Guantonio's Wood Fired — Wood-Fired Dining in Lodi

Overview

Guantonio's Wood Fired is a family-owned and operated restaurant known for wood-fired pizzas. Its cooking centers on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients that reflect Northern California’s rich agricultural heritage.

The naturally leavened dough is made with organic, non-GMO flour, creating a crust that is both flavorful and healthier. Pizza choices include the Margherita, prepared with tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella, along with the Pepperoni, available “Nick's Way” with ricotta and hot honey. The menu also includes appetizers and salads such as marinated olives, hummus served with flatbread, and a charred Brussels sprout 'Caesar' salad.

Guantonio's beverage offerings include a thoughtfully chosen range of wines and beers, with many selections coming from local producers. For dessert, guests can choose options including Noni's cannolis and soft-serve ice cream made with high-quality dairy from Double 8 Dairy.

Reservations are not accepted. Tables are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and dining is limited to 90 minutes so all guests can be accommodated. Guests who bring their own bottle are charged a $25 corkage fee per bottle; that fee is waived when a bottle from the restaurant’s selection is purchased. Bringing a personal dessert carries a service fee of $1.50 per person.

Through quality ingredients and a welcoming setting, Guantonio's Wood Fired creates a distinctive dining experience in Lodi.
