Based in Acampo within the heart of Lodi Wine Country, Housley’s Century Oak Winery is a family-owned winery shaped by generations of Northern California farming and a dedication to making exceptional wines. The Housley family opened the winery in 2000 and has since become known for award-winning wines that express the character of the Lodi region in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
The winery’s 37-acre estate vineyard in Acampo sits inside the Mokelumne River AVA and serves as the source for many of its celebrated wines. Sandy loam soils make the property especially well suited to sought-after Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Locally sourced Old Vine Zinfandel and Petite Sirah add further richness and complexity to the collection.
The Housley family and winemaking team manage every vintage on the property, from crushing through aging and bottling. The wine selection includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Old Vine Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Chardonnay, Rosé, and distinctive field blends. French and American oak barrels give many of the red wines additional richness and structure, while the Chardonnay and Rosé emphasize fresh fruit character and vibrant acidity.
Housley’s Century Oak Winery has earned more than 200 medals and numerous high scores in respected wine competitions. These results reflect the family’s ongoing focus on craftsmanship and quality.
The winery takes its name from the majestic valley oak beside the estate vineyard. The tree represents California’s agricultural heritage and the long-standing roots of the Lodi region. Visitors may taste the wines, hear the story of the family’s winemaking journey, and enjoy the hospitality Housley’s has provided for more than two decades.
