Located in a light-filled, contemporary farmhouse shared with the Lodi Winegrape Commission, the bakery gives guests a view into the craft through its open kitchen. Daily bread baking and rotisserie roasting fill the space with energy and warmth.
Chef Charlie Palmer and Appellation Chief Culinary Director Thomas Bellec guide a menu rooted in Lodi's agricultural abundance. Working with Healdsburg's acclaimed Quail & Condor Bakery, Maison Lodi serves hearty breads, fine pastries, rotisserie-roasted meats, salads that follow the seasons, and artisan sandwiches.
The marketplace includes house-made goods such as estate preserves, tinned and smoked fish, pickled vegetables, private-label olive oil, patès, and terrines.
Guests may start the day with a hot cappuccino and buttery croissant, pick up a fresh baguette and grab-and-go salad, or relax with local wine or craft beer.
