Overview

Mettler Family Vineyards brings together more than a century of farming tradition and family stewardship in the Lodi winegrowing region. One of Lodi’s oldest farming families, the Mettlers have grown premium wine grapes locally since the late 1800s, with family roots extending eight generations back to the Alsace region of Europe.

The family remains committed to organic and sustainable farming practices. Its ultra-premium wines express the character of the land alongside generations of expertise. Featured varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah, as well as other distinctive vineyard selections cultivated across the Lodi Appellation.

A Family-Owned Winery from Vineyard to Bottle

From grape growing and harvest through winemaking and sales, the Mettler family stays closely involved in every stage. Small vineyard blocks are managed with care using innovative trellis systems, considered crop management, and sustainable farming techniques designed to reveal Lodi’s unique terroir.
