Sandhill Cranes @ Woodbridge Ecological Reserve — Winter Wildlife

Reserve Overview

Located in the Stockton Delta wetlands, this reserve provides California's largest area of freshwater marsh wintering habitat. It is a seasonal home for the majestic sandhill crane, as well as geese, swans, and numerous other bird species.

Family-oriented tours take place during the Sandhill Crane wintering season, from late September through late February.
