About St. Amant Winery
For over 50 years, St. Amant Winery has made wines shaped by family, perseverance, and California vineyards. The family's first grape harvest took place in 1974, beginning a story that has developed into a winery recognized for distinctive wines, an independent spirit, and strong ties to Lodi and the surrounding region.
St. Amant was built through determination rather than tradition or luxury. Across shifting seasons, vineyard difficulties, and many decades of winemaking, the family has continued to create wines expressing both place and purpose. The winery helped bring Portuguese and Spanish grape varieties to California and was among the early supporters of artisan winemaking in Lodi, helping strengthen the region's reputation for exceptional, site-driven wines.
St. Amant remains dedicated to handcrafted wines made for gathering and to expressing the distinctive qualities of California vineyards. Visitors are welcomed into the winery's historic industrial setting for tastings centered on great wine and genuine hospitality.

Plan Your Visit
St. Amant Winery occupies a historic winery complex constructed shortly after Prohibition. The site was once home to one of California's largest cooperative wineries and now houses St. Amant Winery along with a small group of neighboring businesses.
This is a working winery focused on exceptional wine rather than resort-style features. There are no picnic grounds or bocce courts, but guests can experience an authentic wine country visit built around craftsmanship, conversation, and thoughtfully made wines.
