Prepare to impress your holiday guests with a hands-on charcuterie experience led by Carmen, the owner of Delicious Boards in Lodi. Participants will learn to make an attractive, flavorful spread suited to holiday entertaining, seasonal gatherings, or gifting.
The workshop covers expert guidance and creative methods for assembling a beautiful charcuterie board, including:
- Cheese Cutting & Arranging: Practice slicing, styling, and presenting soft and hard cheeses.
- Salami Roses: Learn how to shape salami into decorative roses.
- Board Styling: Explore ways to arrange ingredients for an eye-catching display.
