Overview
Saturday Mixology Class at Americana House
Every Saturday, Americana House invites guests to shake, stir, and sip during a seasonally inspired exploration of cocktail making.
An experienced mixologist guides this hands-on class through the basics of building a balanced cocktail. Participants learn to choose ingredients, consider complementary flavor profiles, and practice foundational methods such as shaking, stirring, and garnishing.
Ingredients gathered from the property’s culinary garden bring a fresh seasonal element to the experience. Guests experiment with spirits, see how flavors work together, and develop skills they can use at their next gathering. The class welcomes both cocktail enthusiasts and those who are new to mixology.
