Prix-Fixe Dinner

The multi-course prix-fixe experience includes brown-butter cornbread madeleines; roasted and raw beets with smoked ricotta; seared Hokkaido scallops; a choice of prime beef tenderloin or a maitake and celery root vol-au-vent; and either winter citrus pavlova or dark chocolate mousse bombe. Two glasses of champagne are included.
