The three-course prix-fixe menu begins with Parker House rolls and whipped maple butter. Entrée selections include a harvest chicory salad or Dungeness crab toast, a PT Ranch turkey feast with all the trimmings, Cabernet-braised short rib, or roasted king salmon. Dessert options include pumpkin spice panna cotta.
